For 27 years I’ve worked in the health and fitness space as a personal trainer, food coach and, for the last six years, as a corporate health manager.

As a corporate health manager I was able to see at firsthand how crazy schedules, sedentary work routines and nutrition choices all conspire to keep amazing, successful people from ever reaching their most cherished health and fitness goals.
